    MYOB — Public MCP Service

    • Designed and delivered the MYOB Connector, a partner-certified MCP service bringing MYOB Business financial data into the Claude and ChatGPT connector marketplaces. Featured in the Australian Financial Review.
    • Architected the FastMCP service around OAuth 2.0/JWT verification, RFC 8693 on-behalf-of token exchange, and Redis-backed token caching.
    • Hardened the service for production with stateless Streamable HTTP, concurrent request correctness, input validation, privacy masking, and OpenTelemetry observability.
    • Led the FastMCP 4 and MCP SDK 2 migration, updating protocol handling, authentication metadata, client identity, telemetry, and regression coverage.

    NAB — AI Incident First Responder

    • Led the design and delivery of an AI-driven SRE agent that ingests ServiceNow incidents, analyses logs and observability signals, and generates RCA-style insights to speed up incident resolution.
    • Architected integrations with ServiceNow, OpenSearch, Grafana, and AppDynamics via MCP and Strands.
    • Delivered a real-time web interface using Next.js and CopilotKit for interactive investigation, streaming responses, and visible tool execution.
    • Built end-to-end observability and evaluation using OpenTelemetry, the Grafana stack, MLflow, and Databricks.

    NAB — Enterprise AI Self-Service Platform

    • Designed and built a framework to accelerate AI adoption, including an opinionated GitHub repository template with schema-validated configuration.
    • Built automated Jenkins pipelines to orchestrate the full deployment lifecycle for Bedrock AgentCore applications, removing the platform team as a deployment bottleneck.

    Wesfarmers — AWS Bedrock AgentCore Proof of Concept

    • Delivered a six-week AWS-sponsored prototype using Bedrock AgentCore and Strands Agents, including a business-information chatbot and an agent that generated structured proposal documents from user input.
    • Integrated the solution with Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint.

    Entain — Retail Platform Migration

    • Led a large-scale migration of in-store gaming terminals to a new retail platform integrated with Entain’s central management system.
    • Built full-stack retail services, including Golang backend APIs using protobuf RPC, REST APIs, and a Vue.js admin portal.
    • Extended a geolocation service to support region-based promotions using queryable MySQL geospatial data.
    • Refactored a legacy broadcast partner feed API to modern Golang standards, with structured logging, metrics, and OpenAPI documentation.

    • Built an event-driven data validation service using GCP Cloud Functions and Golang.
    • Built a Golang service to migrate Git repositories from legacy source control to GitHub Enterprise, with automated progress reporting and Slack notifications.
    • Ran a proof of concept migrating CI pipelines from Bamboo to self-hosted GitHub Actions runners.

    NSW Rural Fire Service — GitHub Migration

    • Migrated source control to GitHub Enterprise Cloud EMU, integrating Azure Active Directory for automated onboarding and offboarding.
    • Established branch protection and CODEOWNERS policies, and consolidated redundant security groups.

    Big W — Kubernetes Observability Uplift

    • Ran a gap analysis on Kubernetes monitoring and alerting coverage against industry best practice.
    • Designed observability dashboards using Prometheus and Grafana for real-time cluster health visibility.
